You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from winmy20.
Third-party game content, provider logos, and payment brand marks (including Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, and others) are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on this platform under licence or with permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winmy20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss resulting from participation in games or betting markets.
winmy20 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur without advance notice.
winmy20's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by winmy20's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via the contact details set out in Section 16. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met and your Account is in good standing.
winmy20 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, winmy20 may withhold any balance in your Account pending investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct are subject to permanent forfeiture.
This Agreement and all matters arising in connection with your use of the winmy20 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, winmy20 encourages players to contact our customer support team as the first step toward resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, the matter may be referred to our independent dispute resolution process. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from our support team.
winmy20's decision regarding the outcome of any game or bet, as determined by our server records and certified RNG logs, is final and binding unless a manifest technical error can be demonstrated.
winmy20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the amended terms take effect.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.
